Payment methods

Purchases of selected items can be made in two ways:

Card (Visa, Mastercard®, Maestro®) – payment is made online through the Monri WebPay secure payment gateway. Card authorization takes place within the Monri Payments system, with 3D Secure authentication through your bank.

Cash on delivery – the ordered items are paid to the courier upon receiving the shipment.

Credit Card Purchase Security Statement

The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured by using the latest version of TLS encryption. Online billing pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during its transmission.

This enables secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user and the Monri WebPay payment gateway, and vice versa.

The Monri WebPay payment gateway and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is also protected from unauthorized access.

Monri Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider, regulated by Visa and Mastercard rules.

Card numbers are not stored by SELES BH d.o.o. and are not available to unauthorized persons.

The Web shop uses the 3D Secure security protocol, which enables additional user authentication during online card payments through your bank’s system, ensuring a higher level of protection and security of transactions.

Payment Currency

All payments are made in convertible marks (BAM). If your card is linked to an account in another currency, the charged amount is converted into your account currency at the exchange rate of the card schemes and/or your card-issuing bank, so the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the order amount.
