An 18YO blended Irish whiskey from Jameson that was matured in American and European oak casks, before being married in virgin American oak barrels for six months. The palate offers notes of toffee, peppery spice, oak, leather, sherry-soaked raisins, hazelnuts, walnuts and vanilla that linger in the finish.
